Waiver & Release from Liability and Indemnity Agreement

The undersigned, representing myself to be (18) years of age or older, and for in consideration of Gary’s U-Pull It granting me access to its self-service auto salvage yard, do hereby for myself, my heirs and assigns hereby release and forever discharge Gary’s U-Pull It its officers, agents, servants and employees of Gary’s U-Pull It  from any and all liability and causes of action.  In tort or otherwise, for any personal injury and or property damage which I may suffer while on the premises, whether caused in whole or in party by the negligence of Gary’s U-Pull It and or its officers, agents, servants, or any loss liability damage or cost they may incur due to the presence of the undersigned upon the property of Gary’s U-Pull It and whether caused by the negligence of Gary’s U-Pull It, its officers, agents, servants, or employees or otherwise.  The undersigned further recognizes that the activity upon which I am going to engage upon the property of Gary’s U-Pull It is inherently dangerous and fully recognizing such, do hereby fully and unconditionally assume any and all risk of injury I may suffer from my activities on the property of Gary’s U-Pull It.
